This page is for the women who desire to find true freedom and lasting healing. Each of us have a unique and sacred path that unfolds in a way that works perfectly for us; a deep knowing at the core of our being. That core intuitively knows how to help us process and heal. That core also knows when  the environment/support system is safe enough to engage healing.  Until we feel safe we cannot heal.  These are important things to remember as you begin your journey.

The letters of encouragement and the resources found on this page are placed here with only you in mind. You are why we are here. We have no hidden agenda, no ulterior motives and we do not get our own needs met from helping others. We have been where you are and we only desire for you to have the freedom that we have graciously been given. Trust your intuition and explore the elements on this page. Our greatest concern is for your healing, well being, safety, and empowerment.

We know what it feels like to lose hope and no longer believe there are ways out. We know what it feels like to say "never again" only to go do it ten times worse than before. We know the pain of losing everything and that still not being enough to change. We know the restlessness when night approaches and the heavy regret of the morning. We know how it feels to silently vow to never speak of so many things.

We also know something different now. We know new life. We know freedom. We know who we are. We know healing. We know redemption. We know a God who makes beautiful things out of a crazy messed-up life. We gave healing a chance, trusted God and safe others, and slowly over time we had true freedom and real independence. It is possible. Freedom and healing are available for everyone, not just for a selected few.

God delights in you. He sees you as valuable. He is not okay with the trauma you have shouldered, the abuses you have endured, and the hope that has been stolen from you. Many of us have endured abuses even by ones we have thought were safe people. Oftentimes, we have felt even more misunderstood, abused, and distanced by the organizations claiming to help us. God is not okay with that either. We are so sorry for every abuse, every humiliation, every time you were not seen or heard. You are not too much, too sensitive, too angry, nor are you crazy. Your life currently is an accurate response to trauma that was never allowed to heal. The good news is that there is hope and healing available to you and a beautiful life is within reach.

Please give yourself a chance to heal, grow, and have new life. You deserve good things. You deserve a life full of peace, joy, love, honor, and significance.

A Letter For You

The following letters are from women who have found freedom and a new life in recovery. The sense of peace that comes through healing does not come easy, however, we believe it is the most worthwhile thing you can do. We are blessed to have the opportunity to offer our experience to others, and guide and support them through the inner work that leads to a beautiful, fulfilling life. Please take a moment and read one. You are not forgotten.

"He rescued me because He delighted in me."  Psalm 18:19

"Tell the truth about your wound, and then you will get a truthful picture of the remedy to apply to it. Don't pack whatever is easiest or most available into the emptiness. Hold out for the right medicine. You will recognize it because it makes your life stronger rather than weaker."  Clarissa Pinkola Estes
